At Mr Stiff we aim to get your products to you as quickly and reliably as possible. The following shipping terms apply.
Orders received and payment verified by 3 PM (Indian Standard Time) on a business day will be processed the same day; orders received after that time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If your order requires prescription verification, dispatch may be delayed until we receive and verify the prescription.
Delivery is available throughout India unless otherwise indicated.
Standard shipping: typically 3–7 business days from dispatch depending on your location.
For remote/isolated areas, delivery may take longer.
We will notify you by email/SMS when the order is dispatched and share the tracking number (if applicable).
Shipping charges (if any) are clearly displayed at checkout.
Free shipping may apply for orders above a certain amount (as indicated on Site).
Risk of loss or damage to shipped products passes to you when the courier accepts the parcel from us.
Title remains with us until full payment is received.
While we use reputable logistics partners, we cannot guarantee delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier, customs, natural disasters, strikes or other external events.
If your tracking shows the parcel delivered but you did not receive it, please notify us immediately; we will initiate an investigation with the courier.
Some medicines or products may not be eligible for shipping to certain regions due to regulatory or courier restrictions; we will notify you if such an order cannot be fulfilled.
Upon delivery, please inspect the package. If the product appears damaged, tampered or incorrect, please refuse delivery or notify us within 24 hours.
